Detailed information on the subject of data protection can be found in our data protection declaration listed below this text.

Data collection on our website
Who is responsible for the data collection on this website?
The data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. Their contact details can be found on the imprint of this website.
How do we collect your data?
Your data is collected, on the one hand, by the fact that you communicate it to us. For example, this can be data that you enter in a contact form.
Other data is collected automatically when visiting the website by our IT systems. These are mainly technical data (z.B. Internetbrowser, Betriebssystem oder Uhrzeit des Seitenaufrufs). This data is collected automatically as soon as you access our website.
What do we use your data for?
Some of the data is collected in order to ensure an error-free delivery of the website. Other data may be used to analyze your user behavior.
What rights do you have with regard to your data?
You have the right at any time to receive information free of charge about the origin, recipient and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to request the correction, blocking or deletion of such data. For this purpose as well as for further questions about data protection, you can contact us at any time at the address specified in the stamp. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
Third-Party Analysis Tools and Tools
When visiting our website, your surfing behaviour can be statistically evaluated. This is mainly done with cookies and so-called analytical programs. The analysis of your surfing behavior is usually anonymous; the surfing behavior cannot be traced back to you. You can object to this analysis or prevent it by not using certain tools. Detailed information on this can be found in the following data protection declaration.
You can object to this analysis. We will inform you about the possibilities of objection in this data protection declaration.

2. GENERAL NOTICES AND OBLIGATIVE INFORMATION

When you use this website, various personal data will be collected. Personal data is data that can be used to identify you personally. This Privacy Statement explains what data we collect and what we use it for. It also explains how and for what purpose this is done.
We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) may have security vulnerabilities. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.
Notice of the responsible body
The person responsible for the data processing on this website is:

Spedition Brucker GmbH
Daimlerstraße
15 73431 Aalen

Phone: +49 (0) 7361-9292-0

The responsible body is the natural or legal person who, alone or jointly with others, decides on the purposes and means of the processing of personal data (e.g. names, e-mail addresses, etc.).
Withdrawal of your consent to data processing
Many data processing operations are only possible with your explicit consent. You can revoke a consent already given at any time. To do this, an informal notification by e-mail to us is sufficient. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out until the withdrawal remains unaffected by the revocation.
Right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority
In the case of data protection violations, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. The competent supervisory authority in data protection matters is the national data protection officer of the federal state in which our company is located. A list of data protection officers as well as their contact details can be obtained from the following link: https://www.bfdi.bund.de/DE/Infothek/Addresses_Links/Adresses_linksnode. html.
Right to data portability
You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfilment of a contract passed on to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only be done to the extent that it is technically feasible.
SSL or TLS encryption
This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or requests that you send to us as the site operator. An encrypted connection recognizes that the browser address bar changes from “http://” to “https://” and at the lock icon in your browser bar.
If SSL or TLS encryption is enabled, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
Information, blocking, deletion
In accordance with applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to receive free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient and the purpose of data processing and, where applicable, the right to rectification, blocking or deletion of such data. For this purpose as well as for further questions on the subject of personal data, you can contact us at any time at the address specified in the stamp.

HANDLING OF APPLICANT DATA

We offer you the opportunity to apply to us (e.g. by e-mail, post or via the online application form). In the following, we inform you about the scope, purpose and use of your personal data collected during the application process. We assure you that your data will be collected, processed and used in accordance with applicable data protection law and all other statutory provisions and that your data will be treated in strict confidence.

SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF DATA COLLECTION

If you send us an application, we process your associated personal data (e.g. contact and communication data, application documents, notes taken during job interviews, etc.) insofar as this is necessary for the decision on the establishment of an employment relationship. The legal basis for this is § 26 BDSG under German law (initiation of an employment relationship), Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (general contract initiation) and - if you have given your consent - Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. Consent can be revoked at any time. Your personal data will only be passed on within our company to persons who are involved in processing your application.

If the application is successful, the data submitted by you will be stored in our data processing systems on the basis of § 26 BDSG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR for the purpose of implementing the employment relationship.

RETENTION PERIOD OF THE DATA

If we are unable to make you a job offer, you reject a job offer or withdraw your application, we reserve the right to retain the data you have submitted on the basis of our legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) for up to 6 months from the end of the application process (rejection or withdrawal of the application). The data will then be deleted and the physical application documents destroyed. The retention serves in particular as evidence in the event of a legal dispute. If it is apparent that the data will be required after the 6-month period has expired (e.g. due to an impending or pending legal dispute), the data will only be deleted when the purpose for further storage no longer applies.

Longer storage may also take place if you have given your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR) or if statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.

INCLUSION IN THE APPLICANT POOL

If we do not make you a job offer, you may have the opportunity to be included in our applicant pool. If you are accepted, all documents and information from your application will be transferred to the applicant pool in order to contact you in the event of suitable vacancies.

Inclusion in the applicant pool takes place exclusively on the basis of your express consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). Giving consent is voluntary and is not related to the current application process. The data subject can withdraw their consent at any time. In this case, the data will be irrevocably deleted from the applicant pool, provided there are no legal grounds for retention.

The data from the applicant pool will be irrevocably deleted no later than two years after consent has been given.
